Yes, you can! Most of our clients start with us because they want to get into shape. Since each and every class is guided and instructed by a certified trainer we are able to modify exercises based upon ability.

Yes and No. Crossfit is built around Olympic weight lifting which can be dangerous and has a high risk for injury. At YuBfit we center our workout around Body weight resistance using TRX. You will be challenged and get in great shape, but with a minimal chance for injury as we don’t use extreme weight training techniques.

Each of our sessions are led and guided by a certified personal Trainer, we provide a number of sessions throughout the day to meet your needs. We also offer one-on-one personal training, which is by appointment.

For your first visit is required to arrive 15 mins early for a brief orientation. We will walk you through the basic use of the equipment, positions, and form. TRX is a unique workout experience and requires additional care and guidance. Please Print and bring your New Customer HealthAssessment Form. We suggest that you bring a towel, water, and wear comfortable workout shoes and clothes. We do have cold waters available if you forget yours.
